Structures" was freely downloadable. To be citable and to be able to better
document ownership rights, the manuscript has been published (ISBN 3-932756-18-5)
by the Viademica-Verlag. The agreement expired the 17th of September 2002.
So, the entire Englisch text, comprising 16 pages, is now freely available:
